Rotary trimmers are known for being able to cut perfectly straight lines, but did you know that some are also able to do specialty cuts? One that can do this is the Swingline SmartCut Dial-A-Blade Plus. Here's everything you need to know about it. Read on so you can discover what's great about it and what's not so great.

• Something to think about when purchasing a rotary trimmer is what kind of cutting capacity it offers. In other words, how many sheets can it cut at once?
